It's great to hear from you! Thank you for your question and sweet compliment :)

There are just 4 ingredients, all of which you can find on www.iherb.com or at your local health store.

-2 cups Coconut Water
-1 teaspoon Vitamineral Green powder or Spirulina Powder (start with 1/2 teaspoon & work your way up from there to let your body & palate adjust)
-1 heaping teaspoon Acai Powder (I love Sambazon brand, as it's least expensive & relish) or 1 frozen Acai Packet (in frozen section of your health food store)
-stevia to taste (I love NOW brand as it's really inexpensive & tastes amazing)

Whiz it all up in the Vitamix.

I love this as an alternative to juice when I just don't have the 30 minutes to make it fresh- super light, yet really really energizing and keeps us going for hours. It's meant to be ultra light and easy to absorb/digest.
