Can you believe I've never cooked with chia seeds? I've eaten plenty but have never tried it myself. This looks creamy and delicious.

Hi Juliane! I am so excited to find your website!

How does this recipe and the chocolate bark fit with PFC?

Warmly,
Tracy

Juliane

Thank you so much Tracy!

I'm so happy you found StyleNectar as well :)

As far as how this recipe and the Raw Vegan Chocolate Bark fit into PFC, I'd suggest the following:

The Raw Vegan Chia Pudding can be eaten as breakfast, lunch or snack...

The Raw Vegan Chocolate Bark is great as a small snack any time of day - perhaps 1/2 hour before or after a meal as a little treat or pick-me-up.

As always, listen to your own body because we're all different and what works for one may not be best for another. I generally find as long as I'm not overdoing the quantities of anything, there is a lot more leeway in terms of how strict I am with food combining rules, for example.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions on anything. I look forward to seeing you back at StyleNectar soon! Have a beautiful day :)

Much love,
Juliane

Can you grind the chia seeds in advance as I get up early and do not want to wake anyone up grinding the seeds

Juliane

Hi Elizabeth, It's lovely to hear from you! Absolutely! Feel free to grind them the night prior. Have a beautiful day :)
Much love,
Juliane
