Am not vegan but am trying to combine food correctly.
Am a little confused as to why coconut, avocados and soybeans are in the protein section. I have read on other combination charts that avis and soya are fine with carbs.
What am I missing.

Thank you for your comment and question. It's lovely to hear from you.
These items are significant sources of protein, thus, why they're in the protein section. Ultimately it's up to you to experiment and see if they cause digestive issue or not. Everyone is different in what works so the bottom line is make your own rules:) Let me know what you find.
